The process of leasing starts with a thorough analysis of the property you are looking to lease or the type of space you desire/require:​

1. Property / Requirements Review

We will meet in person or virtually to inspect your property if a landlord or to review your space requirement if a tenant.

2. Financial
For landlords we establish a market rent to target and for tenants a target rent to pay.

3. Showings

Showings for landlords are to qualified tenants and for tenants they are of properties meeting the criteria.​

4 Lease

When a tenant is interested, an offer to lease will be drawn and submitted.
